Holland Financial Inc. recognizes its professional obligation to maintain the confidentiality of our clients’ information as well as the requirements concerning the sensitive and personal information of all entities and/or individuals who we collect, use or disclose in our business interactions.  Our Privacy Policy was developed with those obligations in mind.  

Our compliance protocols prohibit the dissemination of client identities. Under no circumstances do we provide personal information whatsoever to any third party for their marketing purposes. Holland Financial Inc. will not disclose personal information concerning any of our clients. This disclosure rule is also applicable concerning those who may have had a previous client relationship with our firm.   

Except under limited circumstances, the disclosure of nonpublic information is prohibited. The right to further disclose and use personal information is limited by the rules of our firm, applicable law, our Code of Professional Conduct, and nondisclosure agreements where appropriate.

We also maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards in compliance with applicable laws and regulations to guard nonpublic client information from unauthorized access, alteration, or premature destruction.
