Procedures Regarding Disruptions of Business Operations
Holland Financial Inc. has procedures in place to ensure that clients receive a favorable business experience. Our commitment to service is important.
Although we have attempted to establish parameters designed to address business continuity planning, unforeseen occurrences may create situations where we are unable to fully recover from a significant business interruption. It is our intent to make appropriate use of both internal and external capabilities and resources to the extent possible.
This may include but is not limited to external vendors to facilitate with recovery solutions, communication redirection and remote access. Any initial recovery strategy deployed by our firm will focus on four basic areas:
- Alternate systems and telecommunications accessibility
- Communications with regulatory authorities
- Notification to clients
- Continued monitoring to determine longevity of disruption
In the event of any extended disruption, while it is the intent of the firm to resume normal business operations in a timely manner, recovery strategies may differ according to the magnitude of the disruption.
